Cessnock City Council have installed over 100 recycled plastic Flat Top bollards from Replas in the heart of New South Wales’s premier wine growing regions. Pokolbin Park is nestled between famous wineries in the area and offers the public a spot to rest with undercover settings and amenities. The Flat Top bollards are a variation of the original Brolga, with a clean contemporary look and can be adapted to fit plaques or routing. The unique double wall construction offers more rigidity, adding to the strength of the installation. A hollow centre means they are light weight for transport benefits and an easier installation. Cessnock City Council chose the Replas bollards for the recycled plastic aspect, they do not leach chemicals or gases and are low maintenance. These Flat Top bollards will not rot, split or crack like alternative materials, and will stand for many years as a barrier around Pokolbin Park.
